Positive staff cases continue to rise and in addition to the positive cases, we are also experiencing very high volumes of sick calls. This is an intense time for us at Actionmarguerite. As previously noted, we are implementing the necessary measures to meet this staffing shortage. We are focusing our energy on essential services and care.
As we begin a third year of this pandemic, we can say that this has been the most challenging time yet for Actionmarguerite. We know, however that we are well surrounded. We feel the support from our leaders, employees, and yourselves. For all those who are recovering from COVID-19, may we take a moment to wish them well.
As always, we can continue to connect the people we support with their loved ones through virtual means.
Please do not hesitate to reach us at info@actionmarguerite.ca.
May we trust in our innate ability to have the courage and strength to navigate these times,
Micheline St-Hilaire, Chief Executive Officer & the entire Actionmarguerite Team
