Canada Post has announced a work stoppage beginning today, Friday, November 15, 2024. Actionmarguerite has a contingency plan in place for this event to minimize any impacts to our services.
Please note that, STARTING TODAY NOVEMBER 15TH:
– Correspondence normally sent by mail (e.g. care conference letters, financial statements) will be sent using other means, depending on the contact information we have on file. Fax and email will be used where possible
– Financial statements: Where there is no email or fax number on file, mail will be left at a mail pickup box set up at each site:
o Actionmarguerite Saint-Boniface

- at the information desk located at the administration wing entrance (glass door past the ABC elevators)
o Actionmarguerite Saint-Vital

Statements will be available November 15th during business hours Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
– Updates to contact information can be sent to info@actionmarguerite.ca.
– Queries about mail pertaining to resident finances can be sent to residentfinances@actionmarguerite.ca.
– Queries about mail pertaining to a residents’ care can be sent to your Social Worker.
– Updates to residents and families will be shared via our website – www.actionmarguerite.ca – or via the family email distribution list. Please be sure to visit our website regularly.
