1.0FTE – full-time – days, currently 09:00 – 17:15 – The Supervisor of Food Services is a key contributor for ensuring the people we serve have the best possible meal experience, including the tangible and intangible elements of the resident meal experience. The Supervisor, plans, organizes and directs dietary operations including but not limited to: food service and standards, quality control, supplies, safety and sanitation as established by the City of Winnipeg Environmental Health. The Supervisor works with human resources regarding staffing and resource issues.

The Supervisor also performs all duties in accordance with established health and safety regulations/guidelines, policies and procedures (i.e. utilizing personal, protective equipment as per safe work procedures). Notifies management or supervisor of all occurrences, injuries, illnesses or safety and health concerns which are likely to harm themselves, their co-workers, or any others who enter the premises.
