1.0 FTE, full time, days, currently 08:00-16:15- The Social Worker is responsible to work within a resident care team which encompasses other disciplines, and recommends appropriate intervention, functions as an advocate for the resident from the time of application, onwards, provides counseling services to residents and families, provides consultation/education to families, staff and residents, identifies areas of concern or unmet needs within the facility, and other related functions.

0.7 FTE – part-time – hours of work currently 11:15 – 19:30 – The Recreation Worker is responsible to plan and implement activity programs designed to optimize the social, mental, emotional and physical functions of residents, utilizing the facility and community resources.
