Casual-term-currently 07:30-15:45- The Groundskeeper and Maintenance Helper is responsible for performing required maintenance of the building, equipment and grounds, including assigned preventative maintenance duties on equipment, completing on going work requisitions and other related functions. This person has a keen eye for outdoor spaces and plays an important role in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces that are appealing, beautiful and safe. The incumbent provides service to all Actionmarguerite sites and applicable service contracts.

1.0 FTE – full-time – days, currently 08:15 – 16:30 / 12:15 – 20:30 – The Recreation Worker is responsible to plan and implement activity programs designed to optimize the social, mental, emotional and physical functions of residents, utilizing the facility and community resources.
1.0 FTE – full-time -term- days, currently 08:00-16:15- The Project Coordinator will support Actionmarguerite in planning and executing multiple construction and facility projects by managing schedules, administering to budgets and plans and coordinating resources. These projects help us in achieving multiple strategic priorities aimed at ‘co-creating living environments where life is good’ for the people we support and our staff.
Casual, currently 05:45-14:00/14:00-21:00- The Receptionist is responsible for performing various reception functions which include greeting visitors, answering the phone and administering all incoming mail.
