Person Directed Living Project Coordinator

1.0 FTE – full time-term-currently 08:30-17:45. Reporting to the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer, the Person Directed Living Coordinator will champion and support the strategic implementation of the Person Directed Living philosophy across the organization. The Coordinator will help develop an organizational roadmap and a framework to monitor and report on the quality outcomes of Person-Directed Living initiatives. The incumbent will act as a coach and a mentor to support the projects, activities and implementation of person directed living projects.

0.60 FTE – part time -days –  currently 7:15 – 15:30 – The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for the delivery of Housekeeping Services where applicable, by performing a variety of environmental activities, according to standards, to ensure a clean and safe environment and supports resident focused care and other related functions.

0.60 FTE – Part-time – days  currently 7:15 – 15:30- The Cleaner & Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintenance  of floors throughout the center by operating floor cleaning equipment and performing a variety of environmental activities , according to standards, to ensure a clean and safe environment  and other related functions. They are also responsible for the delivery of  Housekeeping services where applicable. Supervisor, Community Programs

1.0 FTE – full time-currently 08:00-16:15.The Supervisor leads the Supportive Housing and Adult Day Programs and is responsible for developing annual goals consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization and aligned with Person Directed Living principles. The Supervisor, plans, monitors and reports on personal outcomes of residents at two Supported Housing locations and on program outcomes for Day Program participants and families. The Supervisor is responsible for creating a culture that honours and respects the human rights and dignity for each person we support, and supports their autonomy and independence, even if they experience disability and/or changes to their health. The Supervisor is responsible for all program administration, operations and staffing.

Dietetic Aide I (Uncertified)

0.60 FTE – part-time – Days, hours of work currently 07:00 to 15:45- The Dietetic Aide is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the food preparation, distribution, storage, cleaning and sanitizing, and maintenance of all areas pertaining to Food Services, and performs other related functions.
