Dear Actionmarguerite Residents and Families,

We’re pleased to share an opportunity to participate in a Family Focus Group on Dignity of Risk, hosted by the University of Manitoba. An interdisciplinary research team from the College of Nursing is studying how personal care homes can better balance resident choice and safety, and they are seeking input from family members this June.

What’s involved

• A one‑time, three‑hour focus group at the Bill and Helen Norrie Library
• A chance to share your experiences and perspectives on navigating resident choice, risk, and safety
• An opportunity to help improve how dignity is supported in personal care homes
• Light refreshments provided, plus a draw for several $50 gift cards as a thank‑you for your time
