Dear Actionmarguerite Residents & Families,
As you may be aware, Canada Post may experience a work stoppage beginning Friday, May 23, 2025. At Actionmarguerite, we have developed a contingency plan to minimize disruptions to our services. Our staff have been meeting regularly to ensure continuity and timely communication.
Resident Financial Statements
Financial statements for the month of May have already been mailed. If the postal disruption continues into June, we will communicate when the statements will be ready for pick-up at a later date at the following locations:
- St. Boniface: Administration Wing (enter through the glass door past the ABC elevators)
- St. Vital: Front Desk
- St. Joseph: Business Office

Other Correspondence
For other types of correspondence typically sent by mail (e.g., care conference letters), we will use alternative methods based on the contact information we have on file. Where possible, we will communicate via email or fax.
