0.34 FTE – part-time- hours of work currently 07:00-14:00 – The Dietetic Aide is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the food preparation, distribution, storage, cleaning and sanitizing, and maintenance of all areas pertaining to Food Services, and performs other related functions.
1.0 FTE, full time, days, currently 08:00-16:15- The Social Worker is responsible to work within a resident care team which encompasses other disciplines, and recommends appropriate intervention, functions as an advocate for the resident from the time of application, onwards, provides counseling services to residents and families, provides consultation/education to families, staff and residents, identifies areas of concern or unmet needs within the facility, and other related functions.
0.4 FTE – part time – term- Nights , currently 235:15 – 7:30- The Health Care Aide (HCA) acts as a member of the health care team, assisting with resident care and providing basic supportive care as directed.
0.4 FTE – part time – Days , currently 7:15 – 15:30- The Health Care Aide (HCA) acts as a member of the health care team, assisting with resident care and providing basic supportive care as directed.
0.7 FTE-part-time-days, currently 08:00-16:15 – The Rehabilitation Assistant is responsible for providing assigned treatments to residents, as well as other duties such as clerical, portering and other related support services.
0.4 FTE – part time – Days , currently 7:15 – 15:30 – The Health Care Aide (HCA) acts as a member of the health care team, assisting with resident care and providing basic supportive care as directed.
0.4 FTE – part-time – days currently 07:15 – 15:30 – The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional practical nursing services to designated residents including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, collaboration and interaction within the health care team and participation in the coordination of resident care and discharge.
