Dear Actionmarguerite St. Vital Residents and Families,

We’re writing to inform you of scheduled asphalt maintenance work taking place at Actionmarguerite St. Vital parking lot. There will be 2 phases of this work, the first one taking place from October 23 to October 24. During this time, several parking spots will be temporarily unavailable, as shown in the image below.

To increase the likelihood of visitor parking during this time, we’ve asked our staff to park elsewhere. Additionally, the St.Amant overflow parking area (highlighted in blue on the map) will be available for visitors and staff on a first come, first serve basis.

We anticipate full access to the parking lot will be restored by October 25. We will send further communication about the second phase of this work in the near future.
