Food Services Clerk

1.0 FTE – full-time – days, currently 08:00 to 16:15 – The Food Services Clerk is responsible for a variety of clerical functions, which includes inputting data and maintaining the computerized dietary system current, completes food orders and stock inventories, assists with controlling food and supply costs, records and processes invoices from suppliers and performs other related functions. This person will work closely with the Food Services Supervisors at each site and will engage routinely and directly with Food Services staff.  The incumbent will provide services to all Actionmarguerite sites and some travel between sites is required. Performs all duties in accordance with established health and safety regulations/guidelines, policies and procedures (i.e. utilizing personal, protective equipment as per safe work procedures). Notifies management or supervisor of all occurrences, injuries, illnesses or safety and health concerns which are likely to harm themselves, their co-workers, or any others who enter the premises.
